Booking Terms and Conditions

Accommodation requires a non refundable deposit to be paid on booking, the balance to be paid on arrival (or departure by prior arrangement.)
Deposit required:-
Rooms £20 per night.
Dormitories £10 per person per stay.

In the event of cancellation within 5 days of the proposed day of arrival a charge of 65% will be made.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of 4pm on proposed day of arrival a charge of 90% will be made.
If Baskerville Hall Hotel is not notified of a cancellation in writing, fax or email a full charge will be made.

Children 12 years of age or under are charged at half rate if sharing parents/guardians room.
This does not apply to dormitory accommodation.
Children under 16 years of age will not be allocated rooms without being accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Food or drink will not be brought into the premises unless prior arrangements have been agreed with the duty manager.
